Fuel Management
Management of fuel is an essential part of minimising hazards and protecting assets.
Following identification of the hazards posed by fuel on your property, a detailed plan is needed to manage the risk both in the short term and into the future.
Fuel management can be affected by seasonal conditions, neighbouring properties, physical features, and available resources.
Plans could include measures such as slashing grassed areas to complex processes such as Hazard Reduction burns in association with local Fire Brigades.
ABAC will develop a Fuel Management plan for immediate implementation as well as incorporating this into a longer-term Maintenance Program.
